Sorry, ladies. Have to be a bit faster next time then. But, not to worry. I'm in the capable hands of one Alice Hamilton, whom appears to have fallen into my extremely capable hands. Seems she has this thing for just coming in out of no where and earning herself a bit of a victory.
Though I wasn't too sure who that other bloke was poking about on her auction. Either way, sorry chap! Miss Hamilton only goes to one man in this town. You hear that Jack? If you're out there some where which I bloody hope you're not, don't think bringing your fancy boy talking self about is going to change her mind. It won't, will it?
And, perhaps it's cause I'm feeling a bit generous with me goods, but to those who are without things, feel free to come take a look around in the shop, yeah? We can bargain the prices listed. |

This Aiode Falls continues to be a bit of a strange town. Frigid temperatures that closed the shop for at least a day and now sweltering heat? Did you lot royally piss off Mother Nature or something? Or do you lot store one of those weather-type machines around here? Think that bint of a Red Queen had one, or was working on one. Suppose after the catastrophe that was her emotion-draining business didn't end well, the workers decided it was best to leave well enough alone. Shouldn't really go about messing with things that should happen naturally and all. Shame. I made a good bit of money on that shop of mine back in Wonderland.
This heat, though? Feels nice, but is not nice on these antiques and the other "priceless" items on these shelves. Whoever had this shop before I did really didn't do a fantastic job in keeping it up. Still have a bit of work to do considering the new water damage that's come into play, but that's what the hired help is for.
Speaking of hired help, got a few more jackets and hats in for my brilliant employee employees. See, Alice? I've got impeccable fashion taste! Just as I have impeccable taste in women. I blame my catching personality. |
